纸质申请要准备什么？
提交 2 张相同照片，宽 50 mm、高 70 mm，头高 31–36 mm，须用专业相纸打印。
其中 1 张照片背面须写明：姓名与出生日期、照相馆名称与完整地址、拍摄日期；照相馆可以盖章或手写。
