荷兰护照照片要求

照片必须为 35×45 mm（宽×高）。

耳到耳的脸部宽度必须为 16–20 mm。

下巴至头顶的脸部高度：11 岁及以上为 26–30 mm，11 岁以下为 19–30 mm。

背景必须为浅灰、浅蓝或白色，纯色、单一颜色、无渐变。

分辨率至少 400 dpi，须使用高质量光滑相纸。

照片必须为彩色。

黑白照片不被接受。

中性表情、直视镜头、嘴闭合、头部正面、双眼水平、头部不倾斜、肩部平正。

双眼须完全可见；佩戴眼镜时，镜片必须完全透明，无眩光、无阴影。

6 岁以下的婴幼儿不受以下要求限制：双眼水平、头部不倾斜、肩部平正，以及中性表情、直视镜头、嘴闭合。双眼仍须睁开——闭眼的照片不被接受；若需托扶孩子，托扶的手不得出现在照片里（可藏在孩子衣物下）。

Head coverings of any sort are permitted only if a person's religion or belief does not allow them to have their head uncovered, or if medical treatment has caused a person's hair to fall out.
